OUR MISSION: 

To end harassment and discrimination based on sex or gender at work, on campus, and everyplace else. 

UNLEASH EQUALITY was founded in 2018 to provide evidence-based legal analysis and policy solutions for sexual harassment and other forms of sex-based harassment and discrimination. The members of UNLEASH—United Legal Educators Against Sexual Harassment—leverage decades of social science research and advocacy in anti-discrimination law, employment law, and other areas to propose systematic reforms to combat harassment at work, on campus, and in other social spaces.  

Among other reforms, we advocate measures to ensure equal representation, constrain arbitrary authority, reduce structural vulnerability, and secure access to justice for all.  We emphasize the need to address the specific yet inextricably linked concerns of women, LGBTQ individuals, and people of color in ways that can improve institutions for everyone.
